If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you are accessing Protocol on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The scientific studies and research cited by Protocol are the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Protocol does not claim ownership over cited third-party research.
You may share individual recommendations from your personal protocol for non-commercial, personal use, provided you attribute Protocol as the source. Systematic reproduction or redistribution of Protocol's research database or recommendation engine is prohibited.

- ·Any harm arising from supplements or lifestyle changes undertaken based on Protocol

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington State, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render these Terms unenforceable as a whole, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by:
