1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing the health quiz, or otherwise accessing Protocol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you are accessing Protocol on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

The recommendations generated by Protocol are based on aggregated scientific literature and general health optimization principles. They are not tailored to your specific medical history, current medications, or individual clinical circumstances.

You must consult a qualified healthcare provider before:

Protocol and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Temnos and its licensors. Protocol is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

The scientific studies and research cited by Protocol are the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Protocol does not claim ownership over cited third-party research.

You may share individual recommendations from your personal protocol for non-commercial, personal use, provided you attribute Protocol as the source. Systematic reproduction or redistribution of Protocol's research database or recommendation engine is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• ·The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• ·The information provided is complete, accurate, or current
• ·Any errors in the Service will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMNOS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• ·Your use of or inability to use the Service
• ·Any health decisions made in reliance on Protocol's recommendations
• ·Any harm arising from supplements or lifestyle changes undertaken based on Protocol
• ·Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temnos and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington State, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render these Terms unenforceable as a whole, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by:

• ·Sending an email notification to registered users
• ·Displaying a notice on Protocol when you next log in

Continued use of Protocol after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
